These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the services provided by Your Yoga Studio on the site and in our studio.
The Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Registration Form and online booking system and any Membership is subject to these Terms and Conditions and are amended from time to time. By Clicking ‘I have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions of use” You agree to these terms and conditions.
East Side Yoga Limited reserves the right to vary and revoke these Terms and Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or desirable for the regulation of the internal affairs of the Studio and/or the conduct of Members. Any such changes will be published on the Website and, until revoked, are binding on Members.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Site, the purchase of any Products or Services on this Site or in a studio will be subject to these terms and conditions. And you now hereby agree to our terms and conditions.

Classes are always subject to availability but at East Side Yoga Limited we will always do our best to accommodate you as much as possible.
All members agree to be automatically signed up to the Studio Newsletter. Members can unsubscribe at anytime.
All classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 6hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling.
Any booked sessions must be cancelled in excess of 6 hours prior to the start of the class in person or online to obtain a refund for the class if you have a class pack.
Booked sessions that are cancelled within 6 hours of the start of the class will incur a £2.50 charge for anyone on any of our subscription memberships.
Bookings made for any of our Workshops and Courses are non-refundable.
Out of consideration for the teacher and other practitioners, please be aware that if you are late for a class, you will not be able to enter the studio.
Bookings are made through the Glofox online software which can be accessed via our website or by downloading our East Side Yoga app.
Fitness and Health
Members with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities should not attend class until they have written permission from their doctor. If there is any doubt, the Member should consult his doctor. Members must notify the Studio of any ailments affecting their health, which may be aggravated through continued use of the Studio.
Important Liability Statement
The information available on or through this Site, and the Services supplied via or in connection with this Site or at East Side Yoga Limited do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before beginning any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.
In consideration of East Side Yoga Limited accepting a person as a Member, the Member agrees that:
Neither East Side Yoga Limited, nor its partners, instructors and employees are responsible for any injuries suffered by the member and any physical impairment must be fully disclosed to the Studio.
It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied by you to us. We try to make sure that all information contained on this web site is correct, but, subject to the paragraph below, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this web site or provided through any Service supplied by us to you.
If you are pregnant you will not be able to attend any classes if you are less than 12 weeks pregnant. If you are more than 12 weeks pregnant you may be able to attend any scheduled prenatal classes. If you have an established yoga practice and an established relationship with your teacher(s) at East Side Yoga Limited, you may be able to attend certain scheduled classes. Prior to every class you wish to attend, it is your responsibility to make your pregnancy known to the teacher of that class. East Side Yoga Limited and its instructors reserve the right to refuse you admission to any class.
You, your legal representatives and your heirs release waive, discharge and agree, not to sue East Side Yoga Limited and its instructors for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

Personal Belongings and Health and Safety
East Side Yoga, nor its instructors and employees cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to a member’s personal belongings.
Members are requested to wear appropriate clothing during a yoga class.
East Side Yoga Limited is a shoe free zone. All outdoor footwear and socks are to be removed as soon as possible and not worn from reception onwards.
If you have foot complaints please wear indoor flip-flops in and around the studio.
For safety reasons and because all Members are barefoot – No crockery, glass or anything breakable is permitted in any part of the Studios.
In the event of a fire, Members are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit and assemble at the designated assembly point which is beside Crombies the butchers to the left of the exit of the studio.
Payment terms
Subject to your statutory rights of cancellation, payments for classes, class packs and monthly subscription fees are made non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the terms & conditions.
Monthly ongoing subscriptions or direct debit memberships will be debited from the members account on the 1st of every month.
A member, who has purchased a monthly membership is able to cancel their membership at anytime (after the initial 3 month subscription period), as long as they give 1 month’s minimum emailed notice to [email protected]. The remainder of the payments for that current 12-month contract will be terminated.
Members shall be given 30 working days emailed notice of any increase in their subscription (unless otherwise agreed in their contract). members are responsible for ensuring their contact information, billing information and emergency contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
There will be a minimum subscription period of three months for memberships.
Members who do not wish to accept a change proposed by the company to the terms & conditions or to pay an increase in any subscription fees may cancel their subscription by giving emailed notice to the studio. The notice must be given within 30 days after the change to the terms & conditions.
Classes
Class fees may be increased by East Side Yoga Limited at any time. The Proprietor shall give the Clients not less than 30 days notice prior to any such increases.
East Side Yoga Limited reserves the right to change the class schedule, including cancellation of individual classes and change of instructor without notice
Details of class times at the Studio may vary from time to time. Classes will be published by the Studio and will be available at the Studio or on our Website.

Any Member who regularly books online and fails to show up for class without cancelling will be blocked from booking online.
Children under the age of 16 may not attend any classes unless East Side Yoga has a scheduled under 16 class.
Suspension and termination of Service
East Side Yoga may suspend the operation of the Site for repair or maintenance work or in order to update or upgrade the contents or functionality of the Site from time to time. Access to or use of the Site or any Sites or pages linked to it will be not necessarily be uninterrupted or error free.
East Side Yoga may terminate the Service immediately in the event you breach any of these terms and conditions or do not pay any sums due to East Side Yoga Limited (including if the credit/debit card you use is not valid or does not work for another reason).
Privacy and Security
Personal information collected by East Side Yoga Limited and our website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public.

This is to confirm that East Side Yoga Limited takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We do not share any information with third parties apart from our booking software provider ‘Glofox’ and our payment processing provider ‘Stripe’ nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you. We do not share any information with unrelated third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than is required for the provision of our products or services. Information collected during the application process, will be stored securely. We will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity. East Side Yoga Limited makes use of third party software, Glofox Online, to manage bookings. East Side Yoga Limited uses Glofox for e-newsletter mailouts.
We may collect any or all of the information that you give us depending on the type of transaction you enter into, including your name, address, telephone number and email address, together with data about your use of the website. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the website. Data in relation to credit card payments and reserving space in workshops and classes is processed by glofox and Stripe on a secure website linked to ours.
Your Internet browser has the in-built facility for storing small files — “cookies” — that hold information which allows a website to recognise your account. Our website and/or the glofox website takes advantage of this facility to enhance your experience. You have the ability to prevent your computer from accepting cookies but, if you do, certain functionality on the website may be impaired.
